Exactly T&A, a pro forma entity of a holding co in a m&a situation could take awhile longer then expected. Beer brands(ABInbev) gone, KAH(stoli) gone, Olifant(La Martiniquase) gone! NOL's,Shell, shareholders, zeroed out debt, lawsuits resolved and BOD ARE STILL HERE. No more operational functions is a good thing.
