Law360, New York (March 14, 2017, 2:58 PM EDT) -- Clothing retailer Aeropostale has until May 1 to file a reorganization plan without competing proposals after a New York bankruptcy judge on Monday granted the debtor's request to extend its exclusivity period, saying it is in the best interest of all parties and that no objections were filed.
Aeropostale, which in January was given an exclusivity period extension lasting until the beginning of March, will receive additional time to work out all of the details of its Chapter 11 exit strategy while other parties are prohibited...
