$HADV - This is a patent pending for something they will later file a New Drug Application for. If that is filed on any Kratom alkaloid and there is no accepted dietary ingredient prior to that then you can no longer import/sell it as anything but a medication. Prime example is fish oil, it was a recognized dietary Ingredient so when a medication was made from it you can still sell bulk fish oil. Kratom has not been granted dietary ingredient status for marketing purposes. If/when this company seeking a patent on their concoction then files their NDA (New Drug Application) Kratom as a dietary ingredient is done unless an NDI has been granted a Good Day Letter by the FDA then the ONLY way to buy it will be by prescription resulting is a benefit to $HADV and more importantly the revenue stream derived therein!!
