cancellation of 67,500,000 restricted shares of common stock or 57.3% of the outstanding. This means
shareholders in possession of more than 4,550,000 shares are now classified as affiliates because their
ownership exceeds 10% of the outstanding common stock. Notices have been sent to shareholders’
known to the company to possess such shares and to the brokerage houses at which they reside.
The lateral merger at the state level and the change of control announced in the press release of October
14, 2016 has been completed. The process for completing the name change to AppSwarm Corp. has
begun with the application for a new CUSIP number. Upon receipt of the new CUSIP number the filing
with FINRA will be entered.
