Not new management, but a new company. Inergetics only exists now as a ticker symbol. Nulief, Levaman (both of their CBD products) and all other brands like Bikini Ready and MG42 have been transferred over. Those that question the legality of that BS have every right to, but in my case I moved on with my tax loss and ultimately glad I made that decision.

Problem is, that Magma group could be a part of the next company to take over if they still have shares "invested". Exciting stuff, eh?
