I think there just playing with the price lowering it to get people shell shocked and sell. Maybe some shareholders already have a profit and don't want to wait till 2018 to cash them in. These institutions can wait till then if they feel the reward can justify doing so (also picking up cheap loose shares in the process). I feel with the #'s they've been putting up along with there growth (not to mention the pipeline), they should be in the upper double digits. Not very knowledgeable investor, just going by previous ventures. All JMHO :).
