I completely agree you and Wadi. I do not want to get involved with a lawsuit, and I agree that there are other options.

This is exactly what I have been trying to get started here- a discussion about what our options are, and it sounds like we might have a couple of good ones. However it is done, it is clear to me that these guys need some help moving in the right direction.

You mentioned filing a complaint with the SEC, do you know how to go about submitting one/ have any experience with it?
