I agree 100%. My position is that I am going to urge caution. It would be great if some sort of a letter would help Marcus understand the risks of heading down the path he is on. An actual lawsuit could be damaging to our own interests as shareholders.

I did speak to a lawyer about IDLM. He said it would be easy to nail Frasier because he isn't helping the owners of his company (us). But he also was astute enough to ask what I envisioned would happen next.

This all makes me so frickin annoyed. If Marcus would just step up to his responsibilities as CEO of a public company, he could put out some financials, attract some buyers/investors, and take the company private. He could get exactly what he wants, but instead he is heading down a path where if we don't go after him, then someone else will.

Very, very frustrating! But there is no endpoint in sight.
