I think it goes down in the short term due to pressure from Ackman's departure. Its not like Ackman leaving is positive sign or that his position was a hangover on the stock. Its a net negative IMO. But in the medium term it probably trades up a bit. Ultimately its not looking good for VRX and the huge debt load makes any takeout nearly impossible.
