Hi everyone....I am in the process of having a new home built this year. I cannot believe that it is finally happening after all the plans and modifications of the last 2 years. Just have to wait for all the snow to melt before we can get in to blast away for a deeper basement/foundation. The house will be a craftsman design with walkout basement. I want to build in a "smart house feature" any ideas on this? as I would like to do everything with smartphones, but also have the ability to override it should the need be or if that is even possible....cheers.............
