Company some times fail to make filings for either money reasons or allow it to go dark for a while it happens a lot in OTC ,

Good time to buy though because usually these trade at 00's , RSII was the same way when I bought no filings same s/s and now is trading at .013 so buying and holding for me pays off while others flip and get 1k or so
