It's actually quite uncommon for an established, US based, multi-million dollar revenue generating company to public on the OTC via RM. The vast majority of companies that do RM's are foreign, start-ups, development stage or non-revenue generating entities.

IMO selling before the merger, which could literally be any day now, seems very shortsighted.......but to each his own.
