I'll make this my last post here.

I've been on the other end so I understand your point, but don't believe I'm trying to bash with the hopes of buying lower. That is not the case. I feel fortunate to have gotten out w/ just a 10% loss.

A penny on a .09 stock is quite substantial relative to price. Perhaps you need to look it up.

As I previously posted, I would not buy this stock at any price until a deal was DONE with revenue received by a formidable company.

Not trying to sow fear at all. Management has a history of announcing things that never come to fruition. You yourself said you can not trust them. Why is that? Why would an executive purchase $9 of stock at a time at the ask after a downtick multiple times a day? No one else finds that odd or manipulative? Ask a broker or fund manager for their opinion. I did.

Here's a 2013 PR announcing revenues that have never appeared in any filing:

What happened to the Innova deal that was announced over 2 years ago?

Tough to figure how management hasn't delivered over many years with some of the names associated, but they did the SB deal and can only blame themselves for not meeting the terms and conditions that allowed SB to gain millions more shares at shareholder expense.

No need to say anything else. Good luck with this one.
