My point is they need roughly 1B to expand the mill - so they have to sell the company, they cannot afford the 1B themselves. IMHO that was what was behind the C11..

I think the warrants etc having a value now is setting up for a sale of the company before month end.

Then they can dilute and raise the capital needed for expansion.

I do not see any other way they can continue ahead as a company really.

Lets see.... but it would be one heck of a coincidence if the warrants suddenly appeared with a value in March 2017... when we all know the first credit line expires that month - seems to obvious to me... but what do i know?)))
