I agree with you when you talk about the Debt going to default but lets not forget too that there was ore to be prduced int he value of 75M$-80M$ worth ready and probablly already produced.How much of that is gone to repay those debts is not at our info but to be afraid that the Company would go at the Chpt11 just after that would make no sense either.So right now I am only looking positively on our investment as the 82.5% of the shares are on the hands which executed the Stealing of our ANV together with BOD so to asume they going to comit financial suiciding is also not reasoning.Lets keep it positively and think hope that those dollars taken as restructuring have produced positive results for the Allied Nevada akka Hycroft minning.I am looking at two options right now. 1-Our heroe Brian Tuttle turnover the BK and make grand Come back of the Case or 2-Slow but forward growth of the ANV akka Hycroft minning toward either a sell out or Merger or slow growth and development of already expaned Mill and going into full production in the next few months of year.

Ps there are seven Years of Warrants so no worry on that field too as just passed the first year or am I wrong.
