With any luck it will close by the end of the month, however, there is always the possibility it could take longer. It seems like the shell owners have done everything on their part, with the exception of the largest shareholder cancelling his 11,810,830 shares.

I've been monitoring the Nevada SOS, once Hlavsa steps down and EPT management is put in place we'll know its a done deal, that may or may not happen before the actual 8K comes out, I'm not sure, so I continue to watch.

The bigger question for me will be if/when EPT takes over, will they be able to bring in the $$$$'s, without Robert Haveman?? I'm hoping the answer is yes, if they can this should move fast because there is a very limited amount of shares available.
