Tape- from the other board you had outlined the offering as 12,500 units at $1000 each for a 12.5M (gross) initial capital raise. This doesn't seem consistent with $18M required for Fatala drilling (plus then ongoing G&A costs) and a 0/50 JV. Was the 50/50 and $18M description from Katalyst Capital? Any thoughts on the apparent discrepancy?
