With that crazy German action before the market opened it was an easy bet! No way without some major news that is positive the share price holds up. It could honestly go either way at this point. "Not fixed by any external crystal" says the claims construction. The formal definition of fixed is "immovable" the informal is "determined by". The informal definition could leave PTSC in the dust because the PLL with the crystal does use its frequency to stabilize or "fix" in the informal sense the on chip oscillator. Definitely not worth left holding the bad if it goes the wrong way. I think an early sign before the court even takes the next move would be to see a settlement. Of course I will see that before most of you because I bothered to get a PACER account. Then I will trade accordingly.
