Very informative post. Any idea of when offering is going to take place? I am not very knowledable on the convertible debt. If I were to buy 25k worth of stock, what would be my purchase price/how many shares would that equate to? Am I understanding correctly then that when the offering takes place the 18MMof equity will not be issued at x/share? Just trying to understand. Any response is appreciated.
