The market has signaled its approval of the proposed acquisition of Provant, with a very stable price since the announcement last Wednesday.

I look forward to seeing the deal completed, and pro-forma numbers from the first quarter.
As we go forward, there should be significant cost savings as a result of the combination. All good!
