Llbo has 3.138 billion shares

650 million float

Jim Holmes owns 180 million shares
and he isn't the largest shareholder

No reverse split in over 7 years
And no need to

No dilution in same time except one
for relatively small amount to pay something off ( not sure exactly what )

Cyrcadia is trying to minimize dilution by increasing the price they sell shares .


it doesn't matter that LLBO has
3 billion shares -
it is severely undervalued just in its holding in Cyrcadia .
you cant just look at share structure to determine value without
other factors

Right now LLBO should have a market cap of 8 million
When the patents transfer then it should be around 12.5 million

Yes it's a pinky and
yes very possible no fda approval
but
The more risky the stock
The more it pays off if it hits .
And if doesn't hit
I'll still be in the same position I am in now .
