The point that was made to you, powderbum, had to do with each claim needing a separate lawsuit and claim.That would be expensive for the patient as was pointed out specifically, but which you ignore in your response.

If Calmare were a pro-active and well-funded firm they might try to lump all these together and file a class-action suit against specific insurers, but that takes money and brains.
