URVape is being developed and we are finished with the S1, just need
to plug in the financials. We should be able to file this second week
of Jan. CB is being developed as we speak contextually. It should be
ready to be filed last week of Jan.


We have no impediments with FWDG as we had with IFXY due to lawsuits.
Also saving close to $900K with settling the Trimax suite is not a
loss.
