300 people should be able to easily handle Momenta's load and have enough manpower left to sweep the streets of Cambridge daily.

My reaction when updating the 'ReadMeFirst' was just the opposite—i.e. that MNTA is trying to accomplish too much relative to its limited resources. I don't see how 300 people are sufficient for all of the partnered and wholly owned programs MNTA is undertaking simultaneously.
