I got the almost the same reply last month.
They still need to say something publicly to at least say what is happening.

Finore is involved in a Fundamental Change on the CSE and is working with its auditors and lawyers to complete and submit necessary regulatory documents so that the Fundamental Change can be reviewed by the CSE. It is expected that trading in the company's securities will remain halted pending completion of the transaction. There is no ETA on the halt. We are working hard to complete this transaction. The Company will issue news releases when it has material updates to provide.
