I WAS able to peak with Smallville today and he said it had been months ago when he talked with Marcus I thought it was a bit more recent, he doesn't have any real valuable info to share and has moved on from here of course, although both he and I tend to agree with Mikey on the note that marcus could care less about the shareholders, I tried numerous times last year or so and never once got a response thru email from him, should have bailed then. My guess he will not follow through with any communication unless he is threatened with some sort of Lawsuit action by shareholders, HE WENT DARK and will remain that way, my 2 cents oh and that's about what our shares are worth if that. ..
