Richard:
Judge and sharp each received 15m shares a piece in lieu of compensation for 2016. A total of 30 m all restricted.

The float went up 10 m because a group that owned 10m shares legally asked for the restriction to be lifted. That made the float go to 27 m.

Nothing sneaky. all legal opinions and documentation are as required from the transfer agent and by OTC law!

In the future you only email me, not others in this company.

Don't ever accuse me of anything "sneaky" again.
