N-Viro International Corporation (NVIC), December 14, 2015
By Michael Markowski, Senior Analyst, Dynasty Wealth
Because I have been following N-Viro International and monitoring its share price and volume
for years and had never before seen constant volume at below $1.00, I recently investigated to
determine what might have contributed to, or caused this uncharacteristic behavior. I learned
that the representative for the estate of one of N-Viro’s largest shareholders, who had passed
away in September, has been selling the 600,000 shares held by the estate to pay estate
taxes.
News of the demise of this investor has further compounded the share price being under
additional pressure. The deceased’s share ownership is a matter of public record, as is the
number of shares owned, which represented more than 5% of the company. For this reason it
is likely that short-sellers have been selling the shares short since learning of his demise. As
soon as the selling volume dries up I predict that the share price will go up quickly and
significantly.
