Wow can't say you weren't warned. Unlike lots of OTC tickets COTE actually publishes its own information about what a scam it is! Maybe it's subliminal and George feels bad for stealing money from hard working people. Nobody and I mean NOBODY gets a RS pre approved during a dilution phase without the full knowledge that they will be wiping out all shareholders! But hey George has public ally states that he holds all shareholders in disdain!
