It is very clear you are displaying a far greater knowledge and much more enthusiasm than Conrad ever has. We know he has had no interest in shareholder value, i.e., improving the share price, and possibly he has no interest in getting all of the approvals and all of the potential sales and promotional value that might come from the many studies you have been touting. In fact, what does he have an interest in doing with the company?
At least you seem to care about patients and maybe even the entire company. all you need to do now is relocate to CT and have the board act. Actually, why bother moving, many CEO's do not operate out of the company HQ and, in this instance, there is no reason to be doing so anyway. We could save money on rental of the HQ, hire a secretary or two, and do all the work on line. As best I can determine the board is now a conference call and you can always FaceTime if you needed to see one another. You could also then write-off part of your office or home, as well.
Seriously, 3 days per week of effort would outpace CM by 4 days.
