I talked to Kevin a few months ago. He was a bit vague. I was asking him about UPZS's involvement in the tap house. He was saying he's still waiting for UPZS to help and do what they're supposed to do.

He sounded frustrated, but didn't say specifically.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
