One thing is for certain: Vert and Momentous are in bed together having a virtual orgy of sorts (meaning their sites can work together synergystically like an orchestra whether they merge or not). As I posted last night, STUDIVZ is a client of Viximo. So these companies can (and some are) definitely working in sync together. So, it would only make sense that they could continue down this path together, whether they do or not, for their mutual benefit. It COULD (but may not) be a plan for the two companies to merge. (NOTE: I'm NOT saying they will, just thinking out loud here). They definitely are acquiring similar companies.

I think in the big picture, it doesn't really matter if they were to merge or not merge. I think Momentous is really moving forward fast and furiously--three acquisitions in a matter of a few months, and that's just so far this year, as Kurt said, they will continue this model of acquisitions for the rest of 2017.

Now, IF Vert and Momentous were to consolidate all these assets that would certainly "shore-up" their ability to connect all these platforms with ease. But I'm not saying that's what's happening, lest any false rumors start to be spread.

I'm NOT saying there is going to be a merger, by the way(neither is Watchful Eye--he just reported the conversation he had), just looking at the big picture here.

The one thing I DO know is that the future of the entertainment industry is over the internet. I have said this for months now. There are definite connections that Vert and Momentous have, and they are looking a lot like they are both acquiring game/social media/ecommerce companies and platforms.

Is it just a coincidence or is there a grander scheme in play? Don't know yet. Even if a merger ISN'T in the future, Momentous alone is really optimizing how they are going to be a leader in the internet entertainment industry by making these acquisitions. If you're new here and don't know what the heck everyone is talking about read my stickied Synopsis and also listen to Momentous's audio update.

As far as MMEG, first of all, it's interesting that all these social media platforms/gaming companies/ecommerce companies all generate revenues by themselves.

Second, they will generate cross-revenues by feeding off of each other.

Third, by cross-generating revenues, this gives each of the platforms "links" which will generate more visitors to each and every site. Just saying, this is a brilliant revenue model and I see this company really growing as time goes on.

What will be very interesting is which new companies Momentous will acquire. Remember, one of their goals is to have a branded movie channel (their video logo for Momentous Entertainment Group is already at the head of their video promos for their reality shows). This branded movie channel will stream to social media sites all of their entertainment--whether that be generated by themselves in terms of reality show or come from their acuisitions (like Chimera). So as they've stated, they will be streaming via a platform their movies/tv shows/sports/games.

Now once they establish this channel, they will send it via a platform (portal) to the social media sites they acquire (and I think they will be acquiring more based on what Kurt said in the update).

Here is what Kurt said about the "Portal".

Kurt Question: The first shareholder questions are about Momentous’ acquisition strategies.
Kurt Response: Momentous’ roll-up strategy is to acquire distribution technology companies
such as social media platforms, subscription based platforms and ecommerce products that can
utilize these platforms for the delivery of both content and ecommerce at the same time.

Momentous looks to acquire products and technologies to be used in the development of a
portal to allow access to the company’s products and content over the internet and via mobile
devices. The portal will stream Momentous’ products and services, allow the sale and download
of music, video and other intellectual properties owned and marketed by the company.
The
content will be developed using known and newly discovered talent under long-term contracts
to Momentous.

Other interesting things he said:

Kurt Question: What types of companies are you looking to acquire? You want
to take that one too?
Dave Response: Sure thing. We put a high priority on companies and products that can work
in concert with our other acquisitions by having revenue synergies together. A good example of
this is our recent Poolworks purchase which was quickly followed by our social media gaming
acquisition, Chimera Games. The Chimera on-line games are accessed and played both on the
web and on Facebook and this will continue but in addition we’ll be quickly gaining incremental
revenue by porting these Chimera games to our Poolworks social media system which is
available to users in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. So in affect we are double leveraging
our acquisitions off each other and gaining quick worldwide cross selling capabilities which lead
to incremental revenues.

And one of David Micek's responses:

Dave Question: Now that the Poolworks acquisition is complete how does the
company anticipate to grow Poolworks?
Dave Response: Let me take that one also. As I’ve mentioned, to get Poolworks on a growth
path we’re going to revitalize the Poolworks product line and significantly improve its market
visibility by introducing new and exciting features and services to the Poolworks social media
system. You’ll soon see new Over The Top TV, movie and short form video programs available
to watch right on the system, you’ll see new, engaging and fun to play games added, you’ll
finally be able to access MeinVZ and StudiVZ social media products on the go on your mobile
phones and tablets. There will be more ways to communicate with your friends in our
enhanced groups areas and in the 2nd half of 2017 you’ll start to see a brand new user look and
feel interface launched for both MeinVZ and StudiVZ. So we’ve got some great things planned
for the full line of Poolworks products and services and we’ll be working around the clock to
bring these capabilities to our loyal Poolworks user base. We hope many users from the past
will come back and give MeinVZ and StudiVZ another look and trial run and once again help
Poolworks become the German users social media system of choice.
Kurt Response: Fantastic David, you I tell you, all these questions just keep directed

Kurt Question: What types of streaming media will be broadcasted over
Poolworks Germany Ltd.
Dave Response: The types of OTT streaming media content we’ll bring to Poolworks initially
will be focused on specific genre segments but then will grow over time to include a wide array
of content types and more categories. At initial launch the types of OTT content were hoping to
make available are in the areas of of extreme sports, old time movies, music & concerts videos,
live poker tournaments and more. As a 2nd phase implementation we’ll be expanding by
offering a wider array of content such as current and recent Hollywood movies, TV programs
and series, documentaries and more.
AND our goal is to provide as much of this content as possible in a German language format

Ok, so that is my two cents for now. Thinking that the two cents Kurt valued Momentous at with the Poolworks acquisition isn't really so far off. Neither will be uplisting to the NASDAQ or NYSE as is another of Kurt's goals. Just some food for thought here. No matter what happens, I think really good things are coming and in the works. At least this is my opinion and we will see how it all plays out. I am merely thinking out loud here, so PLEASE realize that is what I am doing, and you all can decide for yourselves what you believe is happening and whether or not you invest in this company. I just happen to like how it's all coming together here (and I'm just talking about Momentous here). I do think everything they are doing will take a little time.
