The 8k just formally announced that MH gave all the supposed assets of PHOT -AWAY in his last finance deal to pay his OWN SALARY and
enhance his cohorts . He is still playing the same game of
using big names to make it sound like PHOT is a leader of the pack.
The PHILA FLOWER SHOW is the largest flower show in the US ,if not the world -PHOT is a fly on the woodwork in a massive show . Yes there is possible HUGE exposure and retailers may be interested in expanding to INDOOR growing sections of their stores ;BUT why would they want to use Growlife -an unstable company ,which may not be in existence -Shortly- and has a bad reputation within the
growing community . With the entrance of IKEA and others into the
arena , PHOT 's supposed expertise will be easily eclipsed -
The LARGE companies ALREADY have ALL the connections and marketing
capabilities in place and can EASILY control the suppliers ,
while also being LARGE enough to FACE the FEDS -whichever direction
that takes . The PHARMA companies don't want to deal with a ???? LOW END BS company with nothing to offer -they want strong and reliable CONSISTANCY ,When they enter the market -their structure DEMANDS IT. The only thing MH MAY pull off is setting up a JOB for
himself as a Department manager or division manager -if he
can BS himself into a position -he doesn't care about PHOT shareholders at all .
