I have a concern, this corporation was established in Nevada, under Nevada law, a director such as Ken was, even after the sale of the company, has a great deal of power, perhaps more than a CEO. It would behoove the company to allay the concerns of investors here, as it is not at all obvious that Ken William's incompetence and misguidance is enough to get him removed from the company and get his ill-gotten shares and voting rights canceled.
