This is a Canadian Co. so nothing that occurs legally in the US has any bearing. Alan is correct about intrinsic value. There is little to be desired with a terrible EPS valuation. However stocks value isn't always about true diluted value more than what people are willing to pay. Especially if considering it as a trade not an investment.

I believe Alan's interests are to represent to investors the fundamentals as investing is way different than trading. Typically his fundamental analysis is pretty spot on.
