And while the shares have collapsed, the share count has exploded, making the possibility of recovery virtually impossible, IMHO.

I'm not at my computer but the base share count is something like 100M and with warrants etc I think the FD count must be 140M or so. If ANY even recaptured its prior peak market cap it would be something like $2 a share.

One of the most sickening things IMHO is that rather than do a rights offering and allow long time supporters and bagholders to paricipate, they do a massive dilutive wipeout with cronies with discounted stock and 200% warrant coverage (200%!!!). How many of the UBOL would have stepped up for a piece of that action? Heck EVEN I would have done that deal.

Truly truly sickening. IMHO....
