I've watched l2 longer than I care to admit on KTOV. It was a pump, imo. There is a group and algorithm traders that play this up and down. That's my take. These are short sellers again past few days imo. They can manipulate this low float on no volume. It was primed for a pop on the day mention. Just took a group and short covering. It will take good news to break this cycle.
