Geo, you can check other MB for my opinion. I see collusion and low ball offer coming which management will push thru. This has happened to me in OCAT and Mart Resources. I believe Davis is being pushed out because he didn't want to go along with cutting div and stealing of company. I bet we see an offer in short time with no competing bids. Very discouraged that no regulatory authority understands what is happening. But, none cared about the other two stocks.
