Jorge ,you said the injunction allows you to have title--"legal ownership".So I will ask again ,WHY ARE YOU NOT UP THERE DIGGING? If you say the injunction does not allow anyone up there,I would suggest you go to MINA PASCUA and get arrested .If nothing else BARRICK would have you charged with trespassing.If not you win ,then you can really help us poor MSX shareholders....
