It could just be someone with $1K in their brokerage account who said "why not - it's Marley" without doing a bit of research. The first stock I ever bought for $5K based on someone's say-so without any research of my own went bankrupt; people do this every day.

Whoever did the buy knows no more than we do - and if they did, it would be illegal. And if they did know more, they'd buy a whole lot more.

We've got just over 2 weeks until the court date. They still haven't put out the Q3 report and the annual report is due in 5 days. They've said nothing about new products and the new packaging is terrible. They're out of cash and nobody will loan them money without the Marley name.

I just don't see your optimism.
