If I'd give one piece of advice, in my opinion, trade spring assets only: XIV, SPY, TBF, Junk. I'd equally suggest you stay away from the winter assets: all the vol positives (esp. TVIX), TLT, precious metals (esp. gold). and short equity ETF such as DOG, and SH.

The trend is you friend, and the trend is spring.

Set up buy points on some technical measure and also the stop.

NEVER buy an asset without first setting the stop out point!
