Permian Basin, Gross 110,156, Net 75,028

What is Permian Acreage selling for? Even at $45,000 per, that is a LOT of money.

75,028 x $45,000 = 3,376,260,000

I believe Permian is actually selling for as much as $60,000 per acre?

And there are various other Properties totaling OVER 500,000 net acres!
