Do a little DD, this company has been around a long time. Look at how the previous big deals in other countries panned out. I stopped taking them seriously after the 2014 P&D and the enormously dilutive 37.5-million shares that were sold at .04. And the first thing money from past offerings has gone towards is paying the CEO back salary. He is also part owner of the building the company operates out of and collects rent. His wife holds a $150,000 note that bears 12% interest. Something has gone amiss with the Multistack relationship as revenues have shrunk and new MS ERV products will not feature Dais's cores. And you have to wonder how soon the next offering comes since they only had $96k in cash left after Q3. Good luck.
