I guess I'm unclear on exactly what we're waiting for anymore. I'm just going on the last communication from the company that they were going to begin communications again- they made it sound as if they were getting everything squared away so that they could then begin moving the company forward, and that clearly hasn't happened.

Other than getting an attorney involved, I'm not sure what we can do. I'm open to ideas.
