buzz, your patience is about to be rewarded it looks like. Yesterday was the 6 month anniversary of the first tranche of the private placement with Ladenburg, and right on cue we saw the bid getting hit. I believe the only reason that more shares didn't hit the market was that they are going to wait to see whether FTE is going to try to put out some good news to soak up this supply of cheap stock.
My hunch at this point is that FTE has (wisely, IMO) decided not to go that route, but instead to just let the Ladenburg guys continue to blow out as much stock as they want to in the next 2-3 weeks into this news vacuum, and then put out the glowing 4Q numbers.
I believe there are a lot of investors who have recently been introduced to this story, but who were unable to get much if any of this stock before it started skyrocketing right around a month ago. So this dumping by the Ladenburg guys is going to serve a very important purpose -- getting new, more patient money into the stock. It will also improve the stock's trading liquidity, which is sorely needed.
