I will say the US IPR will b following the EU shortly...hoo hoo O_o

In 2016 (last year, earth time) the USPTO ruled that there was a basis to challenge the patent which MaxD in some undisclosed manner co owns. Months later the proceeding continues. It's not like 2016 is 1066, is it. Wink wink.
