When thinking of David and Goliath, consider that Goliath was just a one eyed giant, who was likely drunk and not very bright. David was shorter but he also had a sling shot, and the benefit of being underestimated. In contrast, Google is larger than a lot of countries'GDP, with a budget for lawyers vastly exceeding the US government's. Plus they probably have drones! David and Goliath doesn't quite capture the situation.

I'm all for enthusiasm but realism is also a quality.
