Looks like .12-.15 is it and pennies is not such a big deal unless one is buying hundreds of thousand shares and that ain't happening without running up the price.

If news comes out depending on reaction he or she may have wished they just bought it where it was at.

I think it goes much higher so I am fine buying at these levels as well. Over 500k now and continue to add here and there
