During the CC, they mentioned 3 times (once prompted by an analyst Q) that they only addressed 35% of the market so doing the calculation 100% would be ~107M per year.

Edit - I see you are referring oto how Dr. Raj et al came up w that. Not sure but could be that only that perhaps they only made inroads in 35% of the centers they are targeting.
