no way. don't you recall Winters saying he had your back? of course he could've been just steadying you before he put the knife in (just an opinion of course). well, it looks like with no EcoCab revs and LIBE now not evening following through on acquiring the company's assets there's nothing to sell. another reverse merger after an additional large note to finance all trouble once all the details come out? back to trips.

heck, it's time to just shut this ticker down and move on. mark any company this CEO gets involved with however for future reference.
